DB&H Commercial Contractors Inc. is a design build contractor for its clients.We take care of all the site work and utilities on new construction for commercial buildings and also do commercial upfits/renovations. If you are looking for a structural steel, masonry, pre-engineered steel, or wood building, we can handle it. We handle all phases of the process from beginning to end. We can provide architectural plans, civil engineering, and plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and landscaping..
We perfom work in concrete, masonry, insulation, doors and windows, hardware, metal studs, wood studs, drywall, acoustical ceilings, trim work, painting, specialties, and demolition. We also have a dedicated plumber, HVAC crew, and electrician.
Development- site is properly zoned, permitted, and the necessary infrastructure is installed. From raw land to construction ready.
